By accessing or using our website at abloftsolutions.com, enrolling in any internship program, or engaging us for IT services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and interns.
2. Services
Abloft Solutions provides the following services:
IT Services
Web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud and DevOps engineering, Salesforce solutions, and UI/UX design.
Internship Programs
Structured training programs for college students in various technology domains, including mentorship, project work, and placement assistance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Specific service engagements may be subject to additional terms agreed upon in separate contracts or statements of work.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided to you.
- Comply with all program-specific rules and guidelines for internship participants.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software, is the property of Abloft Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Client Projects
Unless otherwise specified, all IP rights in deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized descriptions in our portfolio.
Internship Projects
Code and deliverables created during internship programs may be used by both the intern (for portfolio) and Abloft Solutions, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Abloft Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placements, revenue increases, or application performance metrics. Results shared in case studies and testimonials reflect individual experiences.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination:
- Your right to use our services will immediately cease.
- Any outstanding payments remain due and payable.
- Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
For internship programs, specific refund and withdrawal policies are outlined in the enrollment agreement provided at the time of registration.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
